Job Description

1. To coordinate the delivery of learning activities in line with the approved calendar, budget and business requirements.
2. To deliver learning and development interventions in line with quality standards in order to achieve learning outcomes and business objectives.
3. To evaluate, monitor and report on learning and development interventions and delivery, in line with quality management standards and business requirements in order to ensure positive business and learner impact as well as continuous improvement.
4. To comply with group policies, quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.

1. Learning and development theories and principles
2. Learning methodologies
3. Skills Development Act
4. Pharmacy and related healthcare legislation
5. Good Pharmacy Practice principles

4. Interpersonal skills

Job Experience:

1. Desirable: At least 2 years professional practicing pharmacist experience
2. Desirable: 1 year tutor registration with SAPC
3. Desirable: Experience in a retail environment
4. Desirable: Experience in hospital or warehouse pharmaceutical environment to help facilitate the implementation of the new QCTO qualification

Education:

1. Essential: B. Pharm
2. Essential: Registered as an assessor with SAPC
3. Desirable: Registered moderator
