About the Role

As the HR Training and Development Officer, you will:

• Design and implement cutting-edge training programs to develop a skilled, agile, and future-ready workforce.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify learning needs and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Lead workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions that promote leadership, digital literacy, and innovative thinking.
• Develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
• Integrate advanced HR tools and technologies, such as AI and data analytics, into learning and development processes.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making continuous improvements to drive impact.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR training and development, preferably within tech-focused industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in modern learning methods, such as e-learning platforms, Moodle, LMS, and blended learning.
• A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of future technology trends.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
