We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee IT Support Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with system integration and implementation, supporting other company systems, liaising with third-party providers, and providing training and support to users.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the system integration and implementation between Point of Sales system and other company systems.
Implement and support other company systems such as Money Market, etc.
Liaise with 3rd party providers and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Assist with the investigation of data queries, stock takes, and other related tasks.
Provide training to users on Point of Sale Systems, Money Market, Basic PC training, and other systems as required.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on store visits, problem stores, and system issues.
Travel to different stores as required to provide support.
Support Microsoft products and other software applications as required.
Previous retail and Point of Sale experience will be required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong technical skills with experience in system integration and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with third-party providers and SLAs.
Experience in investigating data queries, stock takes, and other related tasks.
Strong training skills with the ability to deliver training to users.
Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports on store visits, problem stores, and system issues.
Willingness to travel between stores as required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and other software applications.
Previous retail and Point of Sale experience will be required.
