Our Clientis looking for a Traffic & Operations Manager to oversee workflow, manage production schedules, and ensure seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in digital media or agency environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and refine internal production systems and processes.
Manage, track, and facilitate all jobs in the system efficiently.
Set and coordinate timelines, ensuring all production schedules are met.
Report on the status of jobs and ensure critical deadlines are adhered to.
Oversee workflow and approvals processes to maintain efficiency.
Ensure quality control and content reviews before assets are delivered.
Support the Account Manager with client communication, ensuring smooth asset handovers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Prepare and source content, including copy and images, for layouts.
Manage editorial budgets and track expenditure.
Organise and participate in planning and client status meetings.
Process invoices and manage administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
A National Qualification or higher in a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital traffic management within an agency.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Chase).
Strong understanding of digital media terminology and major platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong client service skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships.
Experience in budgeting and operational excellence within marketing or agency teams.
