Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, including password resets, software installations, and network connectivity problems.
Provide remote and on-site technical support for Windows and Mac systems.
Document issues and solutions in the IT support system.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
Requirements
Experience working at an MSP (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Basic understanding of software installations and system configurations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide efficient and friendly customer support.
