Working hours

Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 – 16h30 and Saturdays. You may be required to work a late shift (i.e. until 20h00) on an alternative basis.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The key purpose of this role is to verify the accuracy and completeness of client information in the membership application forms. They will ensure compliance with various relevant laws and regulations between the client and business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Quality assure all incoming field sales business submitted by sales teams from various branches to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information.
  • Liaise with clients for clarity and/or obtain any missing information to complete the joining membership process.
  • Compile and maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, including any issues identified and action taken.
  • Assess the completion of all digital and paper applications as submitted by the Field Sales teams.
  • Conduct a verification process of the new members telephonically.
  • Conduct customer surveys as and when required.
  • Compile relevant reports and perform other admin duties for the business.

MINIMUM CRITERIA AND PRE-REQUISITE COMPETENCIES

Education

  • Must have Grade 12/Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Must have completed a Diploma in Business Administration/Sales qualification in a related field.
  • Must have a proven track record in quality assurance role in sales or admin environment.
  • Additional quality controller training would be advantageous.

Experience

  • Must have 2 to 3 years working experience in a similar role.

  • Communication Skills: Must be multilingual in South African Languages.
  • Attention to detail: Ensure tasks are completed accurately and without mistakes.
  • Telephone Etiquette: The ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Tech savvy: Being knowledgeable in modern technology.
  • Teamwork: The ability to collaborate with the team and clients.
