Temp Contract - Creditors Clerk - Johannesburg (Incl. Northern Suburbs) - South Africa

To perform administrative work that ensures the accurate and on-time payment of creditors in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures).

7. Plan and organise own tasks to ensure that performance targets are met and standard operating procedures are adhered to (daily to 3 months).
8. Provide continuous feedback on task delivery to support decision making.
9. Perform creditors reconciliations.
10. Prepare Vendor registration transactions.
11. Process and prepare supplier invoices for payment.

Minimum Requirements

1. Up to 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
2. Presenting and communicating information.
3. Planning and organising.
4. Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
5. Following instructions and procedures.
6. Coping with pressures and setbacks.
7. Working with people.

Technical Competencies

1. Basic creditors management knowledge and/or skill.
2. Basic reporting knowledge and/or skill.
3. Intermediate administration knowledge and/or skill.
