As they grow, they are looking for a highly ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Telesales manager to join the team and manage an expanding team.
This role is crucial for managing a large team of agents, providing training, and ensuring the overall success and productivity of the department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large teams, driving performance, overseeing recruitment, conducting performance reviews, and a solid foundation in sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Fluent in English.
- Remote office setup.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of managing large teams (50+ people).
- Significant experience in team management, recruitment, training, and sales.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets, and managing sales-driven teams.
- Experience in conducting performance reviews and implementing performance improvement strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle daily operations effectively.
- Ability to manage high levels of responsibility and lead multiple tasks at once.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.
