Telesales Manager (JB5131)

R20 000 per month plus performance-based bonuses

Our client, a consulting firm specializing in marketing and payment solutions, offering expert advice tailored to diverse industries, focusing on strategy, technology, and customer-centric solutions. Their mission is to help businesses thrive with tailored solutions in software development, e-commerce management, marketing, and more. As they grow, they are looking for a highly ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Telesales manager to join the team and manage an expanding team.


This role is crucial for managing a large team of agents, providing training, and ensuring the overall success and productivity of the department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large teams, driving performance, overseeing recruitment, conducting performance reviews, and a solid foundation in sales.


Minimum Requirements:

  1. Matric
  2. Fluent in English.
  3. Remote office setup.
  4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of managing large teams (50+ people).
  5. Significant experience in team management, recruitment, training, and sales.
  6. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  7. Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets, and managing sales-driven teams.
  8. Experience in conducting performance reviews and implementing performance improvement strategies.
  9. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle daily operations effectively.
  10. Ability to manage high levels of responsibility and lead multiple tasks at once.
  11. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  12. Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a large team, driving high performance, productivity, and achieving team objectives.
  2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for team development.
  3. Monitor agent performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
  4. Foster a positive work environment, motivate the team, and drive employee engagement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
  6. Leverage experience in sales to drive team performance and target achievement.
