Job description

We are a UK-based dynamic cleaning company specializing in Residential Deep Cleaning and End of Tenancy Cleaning, dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Telesales Consultant who can effectively engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and successfully convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with warm leads purchased by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  3. Communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, understanding their cleaning requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential.
  5. Work over weekends and during the festive period as required.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive base salary of R8000 per month with attractive commission structures.
  2. On Target Earnings of R13000 per month (made up of R8,000 basic + uncapped commission).
  3. 40 days paid holiday per year.
  4. Weekend Shift: One shift (09:30 - 18:00) every 6-8 weeks, with extra pay and time off.
  5. Festive Coverage: Required, with additional compensation.
  6. Supportive and dynamic team environment.

Requirements for the Remote Role:

  1. Candidates must have their own laptop (Min 8GB RAM, 13th Gen i5 Processor, Windows 11, and 250GB SSD or higher), fast reliable internet connection, and backups for power outages to work independently.
  2. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organized, and resilient, with a strong ability to handle objections and maintain a positive outlook throughout the sales process.
  3. Previous remote experience as well as cleaning agency experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or sales.
  2. Previous experience in a Residential End of Tenancy or Residential Deep Cleaning company is essential.
  3. Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  6. Must have a personal laptop, reliable internet connection, and back-up systems for power outages.
  7. Willingness to work weekends and during the festive period, as required.
  8. Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage rejection and stress.
  10. Proven success in achieving sales quotas, particularly through phone-based sales.
  11. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  12. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and handle complaints professionally.
