Telesales Consultant

Location: Woodstock

Outbound sales | Telemarketing | Telesales

Job Summary:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
  • Promote products and services to achieve sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in Observatory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and market trends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales & Relationship Management: Engage with new and existing clients and brokers in the UK via outbound calls, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify and convert sales opportunities within targeted industries, including construction, payroll, accounting, and logistics.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets related to new business and revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Arrange and conduct online Teams meetings to present services and provide product training.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance & Operations Director to drive new business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (3+ years) in B2B telesales or a highly targeted field sales role (B2C experience is a plus).
  • Strong ability to build rapport, influence, and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and internet research.
