Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales & Relationship Management: Engage with new and existing clients and brokers in the UK via outbound calls, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Business Development: Identify and convert sales opportunities within targeted industries, including construction, payroll, accounting, and logistics.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets related to new business and revenue growth.
- Client Engagement: Arrange and conduct online Teams meetings to present services and provide product training.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance & Operations Director to drive new business initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (3+ years) in B2B telesales or a highly targeted field sales role (B2C experience is a plus).
- Strong ability to build rapport, influence, and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and internet research.
