Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
• Excellent telephonic skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• SAP working knowledge
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment

Responsibilities

• Customer service – processing orders, handling all correspondence, selling products/services, processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc.
• General assistance – counting stock, assisting in warehouse

Work Hours

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08h00-17h00, and Friday 08h00-16h00. Permanent employment, subject to probation period of three (3) months.
