Telco Sales Specialist

POSITION INFO :

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. We seek a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of Telco, Print, and Security products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Present and demonstrate ICT / office automation products and services to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management :

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews with clients.

Market Research and Analysis :

1. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
3. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Product Knowledge :

1. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
2. Stay informed about the latest technological advancements in the ICT / office automation industry.
3. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Proposal and Contract Management :

1. Prepare and present professional sales proposals and quotations.
2. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
3. Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are accurately completed and submitted.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, specifically in the ICT / office automation industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Strong understanding of Telco, Print, and Security products and services.
