Technologist : Clinpath - Linmed Hospital

An established consulting engineering firm specializing in civil, structural, and traffic engineering, located in Alberton.

Permanent or fixed-term contract

Key Responsibilities :

• Drawing Development : Create detailed drawings from preliminary concepts and sketches using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Structural Analysis and Design : Conduct structural analyses and design for reinforced concrete and structural steel using Prokon, Robot, or other relevant design software.
• Engineering Specifications : Assist in developing engineering specifications and detailed drawings.
• Field Surveys and Inspections : Conduct field surveys, inspections, or technical investigations of topography, soils, drainage systems, buildings, and structures to gather data for engineering projects.
• Technical Support : Perform various technical functions to support civil engineering activities.

Qualifications :

• Education : National Diploma or B Tech in Structural Engineering (Minimum Qualification).
• Experience : Relevant experience in civil engineering is preferred.
• Technical Skills : Must be fully computer literate, particularly in MS Word and Excel.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

• Driver's License : A valid driver's license is required.
• Location : Candidates must reside in or near Alberton.
