Sales Representatives – Internal and External

Positions available in Nelspruit, Phalaborwa, and Middelburg.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across various industries.
Promote and sell BMG’s extensive product range including:

Bearings
Power transmission components
Tools & maintenance products
Seals, fasteners, motors, and more

Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions.

Meet and exceed sales targets and call cycle goals.

Log all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

What You Need to Succeed:

Matric (Grade 12).
At least 2 years of technical sales experience in:

Engineering
Automotive or industrial consumables
Manufacturing or mechanical environments

Knowledge of bearings, power transmission, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) products is a strong advantage.

Proven ability in face-to-face selling and relationship management.

Strong time management and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
