Technical Sales Representative

Ballito. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a leading company in the Safety Gear industry. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Freight and Logistics: Manage freight costs, negotiate with providers, and optimize transportation efficiency.
• Customs Compliance: Ensure smooth customs processes and compliance with import/export regulations.
• Supplier Management: Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to improve service levels.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvements to streamline operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, freight costing, and customs regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure efficient logistics operations.
