Job Overview: We are seeking a Lead Sales Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team by managing client communication, compiling quotations, creating bill of material (BOM) lists, invoicing, processing sales orders, and performing general sales administration duties as well as overseeing the daily tasks of a small sales team.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales or sales administration experience in a technical industry and excellent communication and numerical skills.
A mechanical or technical certificate would be beneficial, but a high school certificate is a minimum requirement.
The candidate must also have intermediate Excel skills and experience working with SAGE or a similar ERP system.
