Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

3. National Diploma in IT or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or a Quantitative Field.
4. Experience:
5. 7 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
6. At least 2 years in a modern environment that emphasises cloud technologies and fosters autonomous, high-performing team dynamics.
