Understand the comprehensive technical solution, break it down to each technical team task, and control the overall progress and implementation. Be capable of managing project technical risk identification and coping with key delivery risks and problems.
Experience in technical management teams, capability of building organizational structures, resource allocation, responsibility definition, and work process building, and capability of formulating team appraisal mechanisms.
Have high-level reporting experience, identify key customers, respond to and follow up customer problems in a timely manner, and maintain customer relationships.
Have experience in dedicated service sales POs, and guide customers to obtain service sales through the network.
Have experience in working with engineering teams and pre-sales teams, understand the work interface of each team, and be capable of effective communication between teams.
Have the technical delivery reporting capability, prepare reporting materials, and have a strong logical thinking of problem handling.
