Job Overview

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will utilize your programming and writing skills to analyze, design, and implement systems that meet our clients' requirements.

Solution Design:

1. Assist in designing solutions for integrating biometric authentication and KYC processes.
2. Develop architectural diagrams and documentation for the new authentication systems.

Technical Documentation:

1. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, integration points, and data flows, using Confluence.
2. Ensure documentation complies with international architectural design standards.
3. Proficiency in UML, PlantUML, and diagramming software is required.

Implementation Support:

1. Support the implementation of biometric and KYC solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural designs.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase.

Stakeholder Coordination:

1. Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
2. Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.

Solution Design:

1. Assist in evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and tools for the e-sales platform.
2. Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solution approaches.

Technical Documentation:

1. Document technical specifications and design decisions for the e-sales platform.
2. Update documentation based on feedback and changes throughout the project lifecycle, using Confluence and adhering to international architectural design standards.
3. Proficiency in UML, PlantUML, and diagramming software is required.

Implementation Support:

1. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on the e-sales platform.
2. Ensure implemented solutions adhere to architectural standards and best practices.

Stakeholder Coordination:

1. Liaise with clients to understand their technical needs and constraints.
2. Work with the project team to address any design or technical challenges.
