Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Interpret the business requirement specification and translate it into a detailed system design specification to enable the development of innovative, flexible, and efficient solutions to business problems.
2. Participate in the creation and fleshing out of business requirements.
3. Analyse requirements and design an appropriate technical solution with the assistance of our Architects and Developers.
4. Be responsible for designing databases, API contracts, API logic, as well as front-end user journeys (UX screens provided).
5. Produce logical, technical, and functional specifications from business requirements.
6. Collaborate and work on enhancements to existing systems and work on projects from the ground up for brand new solution implementations.

Role Requirements:

1. Highly technical, with vast experience in SQL.
2. A background in software development is highly advantageous.
3. Experience in Python is beneficial.

Qualifications:

1. Have a BCom, BSc Eng., BSc Informatics, or related degree.
2. Have experience with API design & Database design.
3. Can write technical requirements.
4. Have programming experience (advantageous).
