Technical Assistant

My client is looking for a Technical Assistant / Junior Engineer to provide critical support to their General Manager and engineering teams. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with strong technical and administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support by assisting with research design and development.
• Collect and analyze engineering data to improve production processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality controls.
• Coordinate and schedule projects, meetings, and technical resources.
• Support the General Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and document management.
• Maintain and manage technical inventory and procurement.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance productivity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of:
• Technical drawings and equipment testing.
• Fault finding, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Health & Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
