Ensuring 100% targets are met month on month.

Managing headcount requirements against budget.

Excellent understanding of airline alliances, airline hubs, interline & codeshare arrangements, time zones, etc.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Will work on a shifting schedule including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Matric.

3-5 Years Team Leader experience in a Travel environment.

24 x 7 Operation.
