Lenkoe Mining Group is seeking a Team Leader to oversee project teams and ensure efficient execution of tasks in compliance with Lenkoe Group's procurement and operational standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising team performance, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in team leadership, operations, or project management within the public or private sector.
Knowledge of Public Sector SCM policies and governance frameworks is an advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Driver's licence.
