Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Financial Manager with the following skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
BCOM Degree
A suitable relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Financial (or similar)
Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
Must have over 3 years' experience as a Financial Manager at a Dealership.
Experience with both new and pre-owned cars sales.
Extensive CRM, DMS, Financial and Payroll systems expertise in the industry that will allow you to champion the systems and processes needed to drive the financial portfolio.
Advanced Excel skills. Digital Literacy: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Industry-related platform experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Financial control and performance management
Preparation of Budgets and forecast processes
Income and Expense Management
Risk Analysis and Management
Assist with internal & external audits across the business
Process month-end journals and full reconciliations of balance sheets
Posting of cashbook, creditors & debtors' transactions to the general ledger
Asset Management (Maintain fixed Assets and working assets)
Daily operation cash (DOC), Reporting or Management
Systems and process champion for the DMS, Financial Systems and Payroll Systems

Provides seamless Financial Management support to the business. Continuously ensuring the financial wellbeing of the business and ensuring your team is able to drive as a shared service support function across the business.
