Team Leader - Call Centre

Responsible for leading the call centre sales team who process inbound sales calls.

Help the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales budgets set for the unit and optimize the unit resources as set by the sales division.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
2. Previous experience managing call centre staff
3. Call Centre Knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Drive performance and motivate the team
2. Oversee sales management systems, structures, technology platforms, policies, and procedures

Salary: R10,000.00 - R15,500.00 + incentive bonus monthly
