TEACHER – TODDER CLASS.

Skye College seeks a caring and patient toddler class teacher to join our growing community.

The successful candidate can expect to spend most of their time on activities that are directly or indirectly related to caring for the needs of toddlers.

• Activities related to the physical needs of toddlers.
• Activities related to the social and emotional needs of toddlers.
• Activities related to the intellectual development of toddlers.
• Leading the class team of teacher’s assistants.
• Communicating with families.

Remuneration is market-related and dependent on the strength of the candidate (e.g., experience, qualifications, etc.).

Location of the school is at Zeiss & Piet Retief Roads, Wilgespruit, Honeydew, Johannesburg.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric and Tertiary Early Childhood Education Qualification
• Preference will be given to candidates with Montessori qualification and/or background.
• SACE Registration

Experience:

• A minimum of five years’ experience working with children between the ages of 0 – 5.
