We're looking for a talented Sourcing and Talent Specialist to join our team!
If you're passionate about identifying top talent through diverse sourcing techniques, this role is for you.
You will manage sourcing and pipeline development for both internal and external hires globally across all employment segments ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
A key aspect of this role involves project managing the global talent pipeline with a focus on marketing communications, creative and technology roles.
Education: University degree or college diploma in a relevant field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in an agency or fast-paced environment recruiting for permanent or contract roles ideally with global reach.
Technical Skills: Experience with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS is required. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferred. Knowledge of marketing communications, creative or technical recruiting is an asset.
Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques (behavioral, competency-based, etc.) and full-cycle recruiting. Experience managing recruitment campaigns including targeted outreach to candidate databases. Ability to develop project plans and manage in a recruitment setting. Experience partnering with industry associations and organizations is preferred.
Other Skills: Proficient in social media for talent sourcing, advertising, and networking. Experience working remotely in a virtual team environment is required.
