Job Title: Talent Resourcer – Product Design & Engineering Recruitment

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Resourcer to join a dynamic UK-based recruitment business that specialises in matching great talent with exciting technology brands. With a specific focus on product design & development, we recruit across all career levels, from junior and middle-weight professionals to senior, management, director, and VP-level roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Identify and map out candidate markets within product design, development, and engineering fields.
- Candidate Vetting: Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, motivations, and suitability for highly specialised roles.
- Shortlisting: Present a curated list of 3-5 high-quality candidates per role for review.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records to streamline recruitment operations.
- Client Briefing Support: Participate in client discussions to gain a deeper understanding of role requirements.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing expenses, sending CVs, and following up with clients, especially for tasks outside regular working hours.
- Long-Term Growth: Take on more responsibility over time, eventually managing recruitment processes independently.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in resourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment support.
- Strong understanding of product design, engineering, and technical recruitment (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in sourcing high-calibre candidates across international markets.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of sourcing strategies.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
