Role Purpose: The Retail Regional General Manager will acquire new IFAs for Momentum, responsible for the effective placing of IFAs in the best panel with the best BC.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a high-performance culture is set and maintained.
2. Drive profitable growth through planning, execution, and management of a team of BCs that builds IFA Connections.
3. Manage the team as an Active People Mobiliser.
4. Continuously drive to interview and recruit the best specialists to match the IFA base.
5. Conduct joint calls with specialists and provide regular feedback and coaching.
6. Develop and execute the business plan as a Driver of High-performance Culture.
7. Set the performance standard by regularly attracting new IFAs and setting sales goals for each BC.
8. Create a great team spirit and ensure achievement of sales targets.
9. Engage Specialists systematically and support continuous learning and knowledge distribution.
10. Acquire new IFA Relationships and ensure frequent engagement and marketing activities.
11. Drive sound financial and corporate governance practices.

Requirements:

Qualifications: BCom degree in Business Management or Investments; Honours degree and CFP are advantages.

Experience: 5 to 8 years' financial service industry experience, with the majority in risk and savings; 3 to 8 years' relevant management experience; Momentum Myriad and Investo experience is an advantage.

Knowledge: Financial planning and advice process knowledge, including tax, structuring, and estate planning; knowledge of the financial services industry and Momentum products.
