We are on the lookout for a Talent Partner - Graduate Programme to join our South Africa team!

As the Talent Partner for the Graduate Programme, you will be responsible for supporting the continued growth of our business through the design, implementation, and evolution of our Global Graduate Programme. You will also support our graduates on their development journey.

This is a full-time office-based role in either our Cape Town or Durban office.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  1. Support with the attraction, recruitment, and continuous development of Games Global’s Graduate early career programs.
  2. Support the marketing and brand awareness of the Global Graduate Programme.
  3. Execute the graduate resourcing strategy whilst raising brand awareness and ensuring that our Graduate opportunities reach the targeted audience.
  4. Develop and maximise effective partnerships with global universities and external stakeholders. This includes attending university career fairs, company presentations, and related events.
  5. Design and implement Games Global’s networking and attraction events across the global locations to promote our employer brand and target graduate talent.
  6. Contribute to diversity initiatives by identifying underrepresented graduate talent pipelines and creating appropriate attraction strategies.
  7. Develop and maximise partnerships with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers.
  8. Ensure graduate recruitment KPIs are met.
  9. Design and coordinate development plans and opportunities for our graduates.
  10. Support managers to set goals and review graduate performance at set touch points throughout the programme.
  11. Drive graduate transition planning through the conversion of graduates to permanent positions.
  12. Proactively identify and resolve graduate performance issues together with in-location People Partners.
  13. Engage with Graduates regularly to ensure maximum motivation and engagement throughout the programme.
  14. Continuously improve and drive the graduate programme and strategy in line with the business direction and focus.
  15. Work closely with the Graduate Programme Manager to scope, design, and implement Graduate Programme initiatives for our global locations.
  16. Provide guidance and support to Talent Coordinators.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  1. Must have a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Education, Social Science, Career Development, Learning and Development, or related courses.
  2. Must have previous work experience working with graduates and/or university students.
  3. Knowledge of youth development strategies and career development strategies.
  4. Passion for people development.
  5. Willingness to travel for networking events, career fairs, and business purposes.
