Role Overview

As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-tier talent within our client organizations. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to earn based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates : Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements.
• Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Pipeline Management : Manage a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future client demands.
• Placement Success : Successfully match candidates with client opportunities, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a commission-only environment.
