Job Description:
To design, enhance and deliver talent acquisition specific activities and processes in order to deliver on unique and evolving business requirements underpinned by best practice to continuously enhance service delivery, by sourcing, qualifying and influencing talent for all levels and all types of positions.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Mining social media, networking sites, user groups, passive candidates, and candidate databases to create talent communities and candidate pipelines.
- Controlling expenditure and identifying process improvements to reduce costs.
- Building working relationships across teams to enhance collaboration and innovation.
- Delivering customer experience excellence aligned to organizational values and service standards.
- Providing accurate and reliable business intelligence and analyzing trends and data.
- Accumulating information to review work progress for reporting and decision making.
- Assisting in the seamless integration of effective HR processes into daily operations.
- Participating in communities of practice and contributing to knowledge improvement.
- Consulting with business and supporting hiring managers on candidate suitability.
- Ensuring candidates are matched to roles to prevent inefficiencies and financial losses.
- Managing end-to-end sourcing and delivering top talent as per agreed benchmarks.
- Driving utilization of various sourcing channel methods.
- Conducting recruitment and selection processes in accordance with guidelines and legislation.
- Implementing and monitoring business processes according to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Researching and consulting on improvements and opportunities to harness technology.
- Reviewing existing processes and suggesting innovative ideas for streamlining.
- Monitoring customer feedback and aligning processes to maximize efficiencies.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, legislative, and governance requirements.
- Educating others and making suggestions for improvements.
- Participating in risk forums and providing input into governance and compliance procedures.
- Developing and implementing an operational plan to achieve business objectives.
- Encouraging collaborative relationships across areas of specialization.
