Responsibilities

1. Oversee the market and the role Normet plays to create value in the chain.
2. Exhibit business mindset and entrepreneurial thinking.
3. Interpret macro-economic and legislative environments in various geographies for strategic context.
4. Formulate strategy and translate vision into tangible and regional workable plans.
5. Develop and monitor a successful chain of actions to pull projects from A to Z.
6. Use knowledge and experience to communicate effectively with clients.
7. Seek ways to go beyond price discussions and tailor approaches to clients' processes and goals.
8. Build strong client relationships and position oneself as a trusted advisor.
9. Implement strategy independently and proactively solve problems.
10. Coordinate Normet global resources to deliver strategy.

Qualifications

1. Able and willing to work in tough conditions and travel frequently.
2. Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to use tact and diplomacy.
3. Possess a positive attitude towards clients, team, and changes.
4. Energetic and result-oriented with high integrity.
