You're an experienced and action-driven Recruiter who takes pride in managing the recruitment process with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the right candidates are selected with care. You excel in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks calmly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

As the Talent Business Partner, you'll own the recruitment process from start to finish. Your role will involve dealing with various Line Managers for role briefings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering closely with the People & Culture team to meet hiring needs.

You'll build strong relationships with external agencies, manage service-level agreements, and ensure the recruitment process is efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices. Additionally, you'll track hiring progress, refine processes, and enhance the candidate experience - directly impacting the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.

You'll be joining a leading renewable energy company based in Claremont, Cape Town. With a strong development pipeline and a commitment to sustainability and innovation, the company is expanding rapidly. What you'll need

We're ideally looking for someone with a relevant qualification, along with at least five years of recruitment experience, some of that experience being in a recruitment agency. Experience hiring across various levels and roles with high volume is crucial. We're ideally looking for someone with renewable energy industry experience. If not that, you will need to have some technical recruitment experience such as mining, construction, and so on.

A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labour legislation is essential. You should also have a proven ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. Time management, adaptability, and excellent communication skills will be key to your success in this role. If you're calm under pressure, deadline driven, action oriented, and multi-tasking comes naturally to you and you're an organiser of note, we want to hear from you!
