Table View - Retail Team Leader

Our team of experts is looking for a passionate and driven Team Leader to join the Absolute Pets family at one of our growing stores in Table View.

If you want to join our team, these are a few of the key areas that you will need to be responsible for as a Team Leader:

1. Sales: Achieve store sales and GP targets.
2. Visual merchandising management.
3. Service: Showing what World Class service looks like and help others to provide the World Class service.
4. Stock: Ensuring store is fully stocked and order placed accordingly. Limit stock loss and shrinkage to below target levels.
5. Admin duties: Execute all admin duties fully and efficiently.
6. Staff Management: Management of all staff so that they are performing what is expected of them. Proud brand ambassador: Leading by Example.
7. Product Knowledge: Have expert knowledge on all products, imparting the knowledge to all staff.
8. Development: Developing self and team by pursuing own development and growth using the Individual Development plans (IDP).
