Systems Manager

Your mission:

1. Capex systems integration
2. Capex process coordination
3. Capex reporting internal and external
4. Project Portfolio Office administration
5. Capex Approval Request administration within MSA
6. Manage administrative, QS and document control functions
7. Capital Spares portfolio management
8. Capex department training
9. Coordinate and manage department training and induction into department
10. Interface with CMS to ensure seamless integration of new equipment into mill
11. Act as Capex processes master user.
12. Maintain integrity of approved Capex processes.
13. Coordinate Capex reporting and report to Head of Capex on reporting function and exceptions.
14. Administrate Project Management systems
15. Be a SAP Champion for Capex department

Your profile:

1. National Diploma Business Management N6 or equivalent
2. SAMTRAC or NEBOSH Certified
3. Safety Management Diploma or equivalent will be advantageous
4. Microsoft Office Intermediate & Advanced Excel
5. ISO 9001/14001 Internal Auditor Lead Certification
6. Certified Project Portfolio Office Administrator
7. Certified M-Files Capex Approval Request Administrator
8. 1 Year minimum diploma/certificate in Project Management or PMP
9. 1 Year minimum diploma/certificate in Data Analysis
10. Minimum 10 years’ construction supervision experience in an industrial environment
11. Minimum 5 years’ experience in safety management
12. Minimum 10 years’ cost management experience in project environment
13. Minimum 5 - 10 years’ systems management experience in project environment
14. Minimum 5 years’ experience in ISO auditing
15. Valid South African Driver’s License
