Purpose Of The Job: Our Client is looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Logistics Coordinator to join their Team.

Duties:

1. Managing Import / Export documents
2. Making copies of import documents for accounts
3. Recording and following import / export procedures
4. Capturing Bond entries
5. Request, Approval, Movement of unit in the system
6. Refurbishing orders & GR processing for vehicles
7. Creating Sales Orders
8. Invoicing & Credit of Vehicles
9. Shipment End on Invoiced vehicles
10. Following and updating movement of vehicles at different locations
11. Vehicle Stock maintenance and Stock take on regular intervals
12. Import / Export records
13. Allocating specific file number to every shipment
14. Documenting and filing Bill of Lading, invoices and shipping
15. Making copies of Shipping documents for accounts department
16. Capturing Bond / Duty entries
17. Order / Invoice management
18. Creating orders for vehicles
19. Refurbishing Management
20. Vehicle Invoicing
21. Vehicle Stock
22. Stock takes on regular basis at different locations
23. Tracking and following vehicles
24. Updating locations

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years' experience in same or similar role in automotive logistics environment as logistics coordinator
2. Grade 12 Senior Certificate
3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Self-motivated and energetic
5. High professional and personal standards with attention to detail
6. Team player with the ability to work independently without supervision
7. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
8. Automotive experience ESSENTIAL!!
