Coordinate and provide operational and inventory system support to facilities through effective communication and engagement with all relevant stakeholders.

• Provide supply chain and inventory system support
• Provide operational support for inventory counts
• Provide operational support for new business take-on
• Assist and recommend system developments to enhance operations
• Coordinate and distribute information between various departments and facilities

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

• Grade 12

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain and inventory operational systems within a private healthcare environment

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in procurement and stock management
• Experience with supply chain and inventory management analytics and reporting
• Experience with SAP Systems

• AS400 system (e.g. inventory management, source-to-contract, procure-to-pay processes)
• Analytical skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel)
• Supply chain and risk management
• AS400 and SAP reporting
