The South African Operations team is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to improve the experience for our African customers. Africa, while relatively small in economic terms today, represents a large and growing consumer market positioned for growth spurred by the increasing productive potential of its young population, rapid adoption of technology, and evolving consumer behavior. This role will allow you to work across various internal and external teams to evaluate the customer landscapes and invent innovative approaches to solve ambiguous problems. This leadership role requires working with cross-functional business and operational leaders globally on a constant basis to develop weekly and peak operations plans, analyze root causes, implement long-term solutions to supply chain problems, and drive various new initiatives. This position also involves regular communication with senior leadership in various forums to present business proposals. As a result, this position requires advanced data and analytical skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to perform in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
