Supply Chain Manager - Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Source, negotiate, and manage all supplier relationships to ensure the highest quality pharmaceutical materials and services are obtained at the best prices
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain processes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical material suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Monitor and enforce compliance with government regulations and industry standards specific to the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceuticals manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
