Supply Chain Executive / Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and timely delivery.
2. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimize excess inventory, and reduce costs associated with storage and obsolescence.
3. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
4. Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
5. Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand accurately and plan inventory accordingly.
6. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, implementing quality control measures throughout the supply chain.
8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
9. Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
10. Budget Management: Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
2. Skills:
   1. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.
   2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
   3. Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
   4. Strong English communication skills.
