We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain: Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Supply Chain Coordinator coordinates all activities related to the fulfilment of customer online orders through warehouses and delivering parcels from e-commerce fulfilment stores.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong data-handling capabilities, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain principles.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Coordination:

• Oversee outbound shipping processes to ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time
• Coordinate delivery operations together with our third party couriers to ensure timely delivery of parcels to customers at home addresses and click-and-collect parcels to stores
• Resolve any operational hurdles related to delays, errors, or discrepancies
• Collaborate with customer service escalations to address and resolve customer issues related to order fulfilment.

Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, customer service, store fulfilment operations, click-and-collect operations, return operations and Bash Delivery operations
• Provide timely updates and reports on supply chain process performance and potential issues
• Coordinate the management of courier claims for parcels out of SLA or lost-in-transit
• Proactively communicate any potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans
• Document and keep up-to-date SOP’s

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for supply chain process improvement to improve operations and end customer satisfaction
• Implement best practices and efficiency measures to enhance overall supply chain performance
• Step in to support additional functions outside of your core responsibilities when business needs require it.

WHO YOU ARE:This job is for you if you have:

• 2+ years experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in warehousing or distribution environments
• eCommerce or Omni-channel fulfilment experience
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and transportation logistics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills to analyse data and make informed decisions, with proven proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments
• Willingness to adapt to changes in the supply chain and proactively seek solutions
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
