Supply Chain Compliance Manager

A leading contractor is looking for a Supply Chain Compliance Manager.

The main objective of the role is to develop and deliver the national compliance supply chain strategy. You will:

1. Manage national supply chain compliance.
2. Manage the mobilisation and onboarding of new suppliers and subcontractors.
3. Manage procurement systems requirements, such as reporting, resolving issues, and managing access.
4. Lead a small transactional buying team who manage group-wide low value orders.
5. Strategically manage group indirect category agreements.
6. Occasionally attend sites to monitor compliance and provide system support and training.

You will lead a medium-sized buying team responsible for company-wide low value, high volume transactions, and manage various indirect categories on multi-year agreements, including stationery and PPE.

Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for candidates with 5+ years of procurement experience from any main contractor, large subcontractor, or public sector organisation. Candidates should have:

1. Demonstrable experience of managing small buying teams.
2. Demonstrable experience of implementing new or improving existing procurement and supply chain systems.
3. Demonstrable experience of managing compliance of the supply chain.
