Supply Chain and EAM Analytics Lead

Be the go-to analytics partner for business stakeholders, engaging at Managing and Functional Director levels.

Shape and prioritize analytics demand, ensuring business alignment and impact.

Identify capability gaps and coordinate with internal and external experts to drive competency from ideation to implementation with clear oversight and value focus.

Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements in partnership with IT.

Own the Capex & Opex for analytics workstreams.

Evaluate and manage vendor quotes while ensuring transparency, efficiency, and cost control.

Data Stewardship & Adoption

Champion data quality, governance, and reliability across mission-critical datasets, ensuring clarity on ownership, adoption, and business value through training and onboarding.

Governance & Compliance

Lead BI and analytics governance activities including access reviews and secure workspace management.

Support compliance audits and interface with governance forums, including CAD and Statutory Auditors.

Cross-Market Collaboration

Build meaningful partnerships across African regions.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to drive shared success.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, IT, Business or related fields.

5+ years in analytics, business engagement, or IT liaison roles.

Proficiency with Power BI and enterprise data platforms.

Solid grasp of data governance, stewardship, and quality frameworks.

Strong understanding of Capex / Opex budgeting and vendor management.

Experience working across diverse African markets (highly advantageous).

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Analytical thinker with a hands-on, solution-focused mindset.

Confident decision-maker who thrives in cross-cultural environments.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to zoom out for strategy when needed.
