Job Description
Effectively co-ordinating customer deliveries
Effectively maintaining administrative functions
Inspire, motivate, guide, develop, manage, and lead employees to meet the store's objectives. Apply all company policies and procedures and best practice principles to maintain a harmonious labour environment
Checking forklifts are ready to operate by checking oil, water, and mechanical ports
Monitor and manage staff attendance
Ensuring customers driving into the yard are attended to
Ensure legal compliance with all legislation relating to the operation of the business and that appropriate action is taken in respect of all legal matters
Reporting any discrepancies to management immediately
Maintaining staff roster for weekends and public holidays
Maintain and manage stock effectively and accurately
Physically checking stock and delivery vehicles leaving the yard
