Strategic Planning Manager – RAMET

This position reports directly to the Head of Self Care -RAMET and is based in South Africa/Czech Republic.

Position Summary:

The Strategic Planning Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Self Care/Chief of Staff RAMET by performing cluster level business analytics, supporting strategic reviews preparation & OKR tracking. This position requires close collaboration with various functions and markets to implement governance processes, manage business planning processes, and provide insightful analysis that drives strategic decision-making.

This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact RAMET’s strategic initiatives and governance processes while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Business Planning Management: Drive improvement across existing business planning (BP) and three-year operating plan (3YOP) processes (in alignment with EMEA operational model), ensuring required level of detail & precision, timely execution and alignment with strategic priorities.
  2. Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed business performance reviews and analyses to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance overall performance.
  3. Strategic Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to senior leadership, summarizing business insights, strategic plans, and performance progress while supporting decision-making processes.
  4. OKR Tracking: Implement and maintain a system for tracking OKRs on RAMET level, ensuring collaboration with key stakeholders, transparency and accountability for achieving strategic goals.
  5. Board Coordination: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to manage board workstreams, ensuring alignment with RAMET's strategic goals and tracking progress against objectives and key results (OKRs).
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster relationships with key stakeholders across various functions to streamline processes, enhance communication, and promote a unified approach to strategic initiatives.
  7. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in strategic processes and governance, develop and implement change management processes to adapt to rapidly changing environments.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience 5+ years in a similar role within an FMCG/ Consumer environment.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in management/ data science & Business Analytics, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  7. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  8. Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software.
