What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a business management or leadership role.
• Strong financial management and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Proficiency in business operations, budgeting, and market analysis.
• Analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
• Reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
