Job description

Our client based in Montagu Gardens is seeking a Stores / Admin Assistant.

Duties

  1. Picking & Loading of Stock
  2. Packing of stock in the warehouse
  3. Maintaining the warehouse
  4. Assisting clients
  5. Processing of Sales Orders
  6. Placing purchase orders with suppliers & follow through
  7. GRN’s when stock arrives
  8. Follow-up on any discrepancies
  9. Adhoc duties as required by the Office Manager

Requirements

  1. Matric
  2. Must be computer literate
  3. Syspro Experience would be advantageous
  4. 3 years current work experience
  5. Good communication skills
  6. Able to work under pressure
