Storeman Maintenance

The Maintenance Storeman will be responsible to maintain sufficient stocks in accordance with the maintenance department requirements and standards.

Qualification Requirements

1. Matric / Grade 12.
2. Driving licence Code B.
3. Computer literacy.

Experience Requirements

1. 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Workshop/ Engineering environment.

Key Outputs

1. Ordering and receiving of goods.
2. Ensure that all materials are available and issued as per maintenance requirements.
3. Stock levels are maintained in accordance with specifications.
4. Stock losses/shrinkages are eliminated.
5. Redundant stock prevented.
6. Receiving and issuing of spares.
7. Issuing out of tools and equipment.
8. Stock control records are maintained as per company standards.
9. Housekeeping of the Store.
10. Manage stock take - Weekly and end of month.
11. Maintaining of min and max stock levels.
12. Getting the service and quality from Service providers.
13. Inventory monitoring and management of critical spares and obsolete stock.
14. E-CODE system.
15. Ordering Stock through buyer.
