Storeman / Dispatch Clerk

A well-established automotive industry business is seeking a dedicated Storeman / Dispatch Clerk to join their team.

This role is essential in maintaining an efficient warehouse and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and inspect incoming stock deliveries.
2. Label products accurately and store them in the correct location.
3. Process returns and manage stock discrepancies.
4. Provide excellent customer care by ensuring prompt and accurate dispatch of orders.
5. Maintain stock levels and ensure proper organization of the warehouse.
6. Handle basic administrative tasks related to inventory and dispatch.
7. Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Computer literacy is essential (experience with inventory management systems is a plus).
2. Previous experience in a storeman or dispatch role, ideally in the automotive industry.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
6. Male candidates are preferred due to operational requirements.
7. Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting.
8. Proactive, reliable, and punctual.
